If you have difficulty getting to a doctors office, then in home healthcare visits are likely covered in the same manner as a regular visit to an office based physician.

If you are a new patient please view our Patient Forms page. We will need this information completed to get you into our system. If you are unable to complete these forms for any reason, please call the office to give your information verbally and we will have the required forms brought to you upon the first visit with a provider.
Q: WHAT INSURANCES DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Medicare and most other insurances. Private pay options are also available.
Q: WILL MY INSURANCE COVER AT HOME HEALTHCARE?
Medicare and Medicaid insurance will cover in home care for those patients who qualify. Medicare will cover 80% of the allowed amount with the ether 20% billed to the patients secondary insurer, the same as the physician’s office. Visiting Medical Group LLC also has an indigent Care program for those who qualify.
Q: IS IN HOME CARE OFFERED ON THE WEEKEND?
Ordinarily the house call doctor makes visits Monday thru Friday: to accommodate working families a Nurse Practitioner is available on the weekends.
Q: HOW OFTEN DO DOCTORS COME OUT TO VISIT?
Your health care needs will determine house call frequency. if you are sick and experiencing issues, your doctor will see you more often. Your VMG physician will create a plan with you for your overall management of health.
Q: WHAT IF I NEED AN URGENT HOUSE CALL?
Our mobile healthcare services prevent many urgent needs by seeing patients on an appropriate follow-up basis. When needed, we can usually get to your home for urgent needs with 24-48 hours.
Q: WHAT MOBILE HEALTHCARE SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
We offer basically the same health care services you would receive in a doctors office setting including physical examinations, laboratory services. diagnostic testing and mobile X-ray.
